Fundraisers are held throughout the year. The proceeds from some events go directly to the band account while others are used to help students raise money for their band related expenses (music lessons,
instrument repair, reeds, band attire, etc.), band camp, and band trips.
If a fundraiser is designed to help students raise money for their expenses, the amounts earned are put directly into your child's
student band account. Then when the funds are needed, you can draw on them. See the

details.
DHS Boosters
It is very important that parents provide support to the DHS Boosters.
Through parents volunteering we can request donations from the boosters for the band.
In years past, we received a new PA system, 2 new drum major podiums, winter guard flags and outfits, color guard flags and outfits. So it's
extremely important to volunteer and to attend the Booster meetings.
Kroger Community Rewards Program
If you, your friends, neighbors, or
relatives shop at Kroger it's a easy way to support the band and
your student.
